We’ve always believed that life is meant to be experienced – not “someday,” when the timing is perfect, but now.
We are a couple who genuinely loves exploring together. Sometimes that means getting on a plane and heading somewhere we have never been, or revisiting a favorite destination. Other times, it means packing up the car and discovering a place that was practically in our own backyard all along. We have learned that adventure does not have to take you halfway around the world to be meaningful – sometimes the best memories are waiting just a few hours from home.
Travel has given us some of our favorite stories. The places are certainly part of it – the views that make you stop mid-sentence, the cities that feel completely different from your own, the roads you take simply because you want to know where they lead. But just as memorable are the people you meet along the way – the conversations with strangers, the stories they share, and the small moments of connection that remind you just how much there is to discover beyond the places you already know. More than anything, though, what we value most is the time together.
Life moves quickly. There will always be another reason to put something off – another obligation on the calendar, another maybe next year. We try not to live that way. We believe this life is a gift, and there is something incredibly special about getting to experience more of it alongside the person you love. That spirit is what eventually became Duck Tales Travel.
We wanted to take something we already loved – planning trips, finding new places, and figuring out how to make the most of the time and budget we have – and use it to help other people do the same. You do not need an unlimited budget or a passport full of stamps to have an incredible adventure. You just need somewhere you would love to go and a reason to finally say, “yes!”
